Paula Dong RN
Paula is the owner of Colorado Aerial Fitness. As a registered nurse for over 25 years, she has always gained great satisfaction in understanding her patients’ needs and helping them on the path to healing. It was finally in the fall of 2015 that she discovered her true life's passion, Aerial Fitness. She found a way to combine her 2 passions in life…Fitness and Healing. During her Certification she experienced the healing effects it had on her chronic back pain. “My rigorous personal practice training combined with my personal experiences overcoming my own health challenges, makes me an extremely compassionate and deeply experienced guide”.
Paula has lived in Evergreen with her husband Steve and 4 boys in for the last 14 years. She also has sat on boards and volunteers in a number of charities that focus on helping women in crisis. Paula is also an accomplished gymnast and choreographer. In her free time she loves fitness, gardening, dancing and running with her dogs.
Aubrey has been an active member at Colorado Aerial Fitness for over 4 years. She is a Colorado native from the Evergreen area and mother of two, who loves hiking, camping and all things Colorado. Aubrey is a Barre Intensity Certified Instructor and is looking forward to utilizing her creativity to offer a unique experience using the hammock as a Barre.
Barre Intensity® Isn’t your average barre technique. It combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to present a powerful and intense barre program in the group fitness space. She will incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
